John Hanrahan is a former Hollywood Trainer and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and also holds CCS and CPT certification credentials through the NSPA. In addition, John is a nationally recognized fitness expert having been named by Men’s Journal, GQ and other national publications as one of America’s top fitness trainers.
He assisted in the launch of the exclusive La Palestra, Center for Preventative Medicine and grand-opened the Flamingo South Beach Athletic Club.
He took the reins of Life Time Fitness DC Metro club and then got the opportunity to grand open the Atlanta region's first Life Time Fitness. He assembled and managed the LTF team providing a new level of expert fitness programming within the region - the company then tasked Hanrahan to open and manage a second Atlanta club for LTF.
John has also served as a featured presenter at the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s annual conventions for fitness professionals. In 2009 Hanrahan became the National Director of Wellness with Atlanta based MedAsetts Inc, where he oversaw health programs to benefit the company's 3000 employees located across the nation.
